Instructional Designer

We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Analyze clients’ contents and transform into storyboard.
  • Design instructional e-learning materials that meet training objective.
  • Describe and provide a rationale for the selection of an instructional approach.
  • Write Voice Over(VO) Script: Consistent use of tenses, grammars, terminologies that are interesting and varied.
  • Propose creative Instructional Design ideas that make the training interactive and engaging.
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and Project Manager Support requirements job.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to communicate, read, write, present in English.
  • Able to explain a topic in various ways or level of language, based on the target audience and objective.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level of clients, clients’ subject matter experts.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team and be independent at the same time.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree/Master in English, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferable 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word
  • Preferably Extra Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.

 




Multimedia Designer

e-Learning Multimedia Designer

Developing and producing multimedia pieces for use on websites, in multimedia presentations, and for interactive displays and exhibits. Collaborating with marketing and public relations teams to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the following tasks::

  • Analyse clients’ contents and transform into storyboard by using various authoring tools.
  • Propose storyboards with new design concepts, scripts, graphics and layouts.
  • Animate and develop innovative and effective e-learning courses.
  • Equipped with problem solving skills while performing tasks.
  • Creative, Proactive, Self-motivated, Responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to communicate, read, write, present in English.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level of clients, clients’ subject matter experts.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.

  • Conduct professional etiquette in the workplace and is always self-discipline.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology, Education/Teaching/Training, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media/Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to communicate, read, write, present in English.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

We are looking for Business Development Executive who can effectively assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new client acquisition.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conduct marketing research and carry out marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Generate leads, conduct presentation & proposal, and provide after sales service.
  • Follow-up and maintain close relationship with client
  • Work closely with Project Manager to deliver good service
  • Communicate and work together with team members to convey client request

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skills in English oral and written
  • Able to plan and manage time and willing to undertake challenges
  • Able to work as a team and also independently.
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight for work
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
